What to Expect:
- Mindful Meditation: Each day will begin with a short meditation to center yourself and prepare for creative exploration.
- Creative Exploration: We'll provide a safe and supportive space for you to explore your thoughts, ideas, and dreams using words, colors, and textures.
- Fun Techniques: Discover exciting mixed media techniques like mark-making and using everyday items to create beautiful textures on your journal pages.
- Take-Home Journal: You'll receive your own journal to fill with your unique creations!
